Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can reschedule or cancel a consultation booked with Dr. Nidhi Jain, when you are entitled to a refund, and how our services are delivered.
1. Rescheduling
- You can reschedule a confirmed consultation once, free of charge, if you ask at least 24 hours before its start time, subject to slot availability.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the start time are at our discretion.
- To reschedule, write to info@nidhijainsocial.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 874 920 9029 with your booking reference.
2. Cancellation by you
- Cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time: a full refund.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time: no refund, but we will try to offer a new slot where possible.
- If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the consultation is treated as completed and is not refundable.
3. Cancellation by us
If we need to cancel or cannot hold your consultation, we will offer you a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If money is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, or you are charged twice for the same booking, the amount will be refunded in full. Most failed payments are reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
5. Services that are not refundable
- Consultations that have already taken place.
- Design and naming work — such as a Vastu logo, signature design, or a business or baby name — once work on it has started or been delivered.
- Free tools and content on the website.
As readings are a matter of interpretation, dissatisfaction with a prediction or its outcome is not by itself grounds for a refund.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through PayU, and are initiated within 5–7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, the money may take a further 5–10 working days to appear in your account. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount paid.
7. How consultations are delivered
- Voice and video consultations take place online at the date and time you booked; the call details are shared with you before the session.
- In-person consultations take place at our office: 510, 5th Floor, International Finance Center, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat, India -394210.
- Reports, names, designs or written recommendations included in a service are shared by email or WhatsApp within the time agreed during the consultation.
- We offer services only; no physical goods are shipped.
